Increasingly stringent and expanding anti-corruption regulations imposed by governmental and quasi-governmental authorities make it imperative that businesses operating in today's global economy understand the risks of conducting business abroad and importance of mitigating the risk of corruption violations involving foreign government officials. As part of our continuing webinar series, experienced anti-corruption professionals will discuss the business environment in Russia, including corruption risks.
Participants will:
- Recognize corruption risks associated with doing business in Russia

- Understand the impact of the recently announced U.S. transnational organized crime strategy on FCPA enforcement efforts, including increased asset forfeiture risks
- Know the elements of an effective compliance program for companies operating in Russia
